Environmental Impact Assessment
BonTerra Consulting provides environmental impact assessment services.
These services can range from the processing of documentation pursuant
to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National

technical issues, the applicable regulations, and the entitlement
and regulatory processes allows BonTerra Consulting to provide responsive
and solution oriented advice.
Our staff has experience in conducting environmental documentation

Land Use and Strategic Policy Planning
BonTerra Consulting prepares land use assessments and land use inventories
associated with policy and physical planning efforts under consideration
by clients. The primary function of a land use analysis is to evaluate
the compatibility of existing and proposed land uses from a policy
and physical land use compatibility perspective. The opportunities
and constraints of a proposed new development or contemplated zoning
or general plan change are assessed with respect to appropriateness
of intensity/density of use, compatibility with existing/future
surrounding land uses, effects on the environment, and infrastructure
needs.
