Cultural Resources Management

BonTerra Consulting has recently added Cultural Resources Management (CRM) to its broad base of environmental services. The CRM Division Services provides expert archaeological field surveys and property assessments, test excavations to evaluate archaeological sites, and construction monitoring to comply with common mitigation requirements. Also provided are non-survey constraints analyses for properties under consideration for purchase and development, coordination with reviewing agencies at local, state, and federal levels, and Native American consultation. In addition, services in the related disciplines of architectural history (buildings) and paleontology (fossils) are available through highly qualified associates. BonTerra Consulting's CRM services and products are designed to meet the requirements of CEQA , NEPA, and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA).
