Regulatory Services
BonTerra Consulting has extensive experience providing regulatory permitting services for activities that impact rivers, stream courses, drainages, or wetlands that are regulated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and California Department of Fish and Game. We also provide regulatory compliance services to assist landowners in understanding and implementing the requirements of regulatory compliance permits issued by State and federal agencies. These permits include, among others, a Section 10(a) Permit for Endangered or Threatened species and the requirements contained in regional Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plans (MSHCPs) and Natural Community Conservation Plans (NCCPs) that have been adopted by Southern and Central California counties.
