Principals
Joan Patronite Kelly, AICP, Managing Principal,
is an urban and environmental planner with over 31 years of experience.
Ms. Kelly's geographically diverse background includes a specialization
of NEPA and CEQA compliance with direct experience preparing EISs,
EIRs, EAs, land use studies, socioeconomic analyses, transportation
planning, and land use development planning, including permit processing.
Thomas E. Smith Jr., AICP, Principal of
Environmental and Planning Services, has been involved in environmental
planning and impact assessment in Southern California for over 32 years.
Mr. Smith has been a consultant to federal, state and local agencies,
real estate developers, architecture and engineering companies,
lawyers, and other private industry clients. Project specialties
include large scale planned communities, non-point source/urban
runoff management, watershed management planning, water and wastewater treatment
facilities, and landfills.
Kathleen Brady, AICP, Principal of Technical Services,
has over 32 years of experience in the environmental planning field.
Ms. Brady has focused her career on environmental impact assessment,
transportation planning, and advanced planning programs.
Ann M. Johnston, Principal of Biological Services,
has over 19 years of experience in biological resources documentation,
endangered species surveys, impact evaluation and permit processing,
mitigation monitoring, and conservation planning.
Christina L. Andersen, Principal of Environmental and Planning Services, has over 20 years of experience in the preparation and management of environmental documents pursuant to California and federal laws and regulations.
Dana C. Privitt, AICP, Principal of Environmental
Services, has over 25 years of experience serving both the
private and public sectors, and focusing on project management and
environmental analysis of multi-issue development projects.
Melissa A. Howe, Associate Principal of Restoration Services, has over 21 years of experience in developing conceptual
and construction-level habitat, re-vegetation and restoration programs
and managing their implementation.
Gary A. Medeiros, Associate Principal of Regulatory Services, has over 27 years of experience in resources planning, biological resources mitigation programs, and habitat restoration planning and implementation in compliance with state and federal resource agency environmental regulations.
