BonTerra Consulting is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. James Kurtz as Director of Air Quality and Acoustical Programs. Mr. Kurtz is an Environmental Engineer with more than 26 years of experience as an air quality specialist and 19 years of experience as a noise specialist. He is also currently active in evaluating greenhouse gas emissions and climate change impacts. Jim has extensive experience working with public agencies and private developers.
