BonTerra Consulting Appoints Four New Principals

Costa Mesa, CA - Bonterra Consulting, a certified woman-owned small business, is pleased to announce the appointment of four principals. Each of these individuals has been with BonTerra Consulting since its inception in 1996.

Together with the three founding principals of the company - Kathleen M. Brady, AICP, Joan P. Kelly, AICP and Thomas E. Smith, Jr., AICP, FSMPS - these new principals expand BonTerra's management team in all aspects of environmental services. Please join us in congratulating our new principals on their accomplishments.

Ann M. Johnston, Principal of Biological Services, has over twelve years of experience in biological resources documentation, endangered species surveys, impact evaluation and permit processing, mitigation monitoring, and conservation planning. Ms. Johnston received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from California State University, Long Beach.

Christina L. Andersen, Associate Principal of Environmental Services, has over thirteen years of experience in the preparation and management of environmental documents pursuant to California and federal laws and regulations. Ms. Andersen obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine.

Dana C. Privitt, AICP, Associate Principal of Environmental and Planning Services, has over nineteen years of environmental private and public sector experience focused on project management and environmental analysis of multi-issue development projects. Ms. Privitt received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Ecology with a focus on Urban Planning from the University of California, Irvine.

Melissa A. Howe, Associate Principal of Habitat Restoration Services, has over thirteen years of experience in developing and managing conceptual- and construction-level habitat re-vegetation and restoration programs. Ms. Howe earned a Master of Landscape Architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
