Stacie Tennant is a Wildlife Biologist/Project Manager with over eight years of experience in conducting sensitive species surveys for the coastal California gnatcatcher, least Bell's vireo, and Quino checkerspot butterfly; and providing reconnaissance surveys and habitat evaluations for endangered, threatened, and sensitive floral and faunal species. She also has extensive experience in identifying and classifying plants and plant communities, facilitating resource agency permitting, and project management. Stacie has managed and/or authored many different types of environmental documents, including Biological Constraints Reports, Tree Reports, Biological Technical Reports, Focused Sensitive Species Reports, Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), and Biological Assessments (pursuant to Section 7 consultations with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service). Andrea Warniment is a Staff Biologist with five years of experience in biological resources assessment. She specializes in the identification of Southern California native vegetation types and monitoring of habitat restoration activities. Before joining BonTerra, she spent several years analyzing regional habitat linkages for wildlife movement and dispersal of species, and managing grant-funded land preservation and restoration projects. Ms. Warniment is based in our Pasadena office.

Jeff Wheater has been an active field herpetologist in California for over two years, with particular experience in Riverside County and other areas throughout Southern California. He has conducted fish and amphibian surveys for a variety of state agencies and private institutions, including the California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG), Pepperdine University, and the United States Geological Survey (USGS). Jeff specializes in directed surveys for special status amphibian species, including the southwestern arroyo toad, coast range newt, and mountain yellow-legged frog. Mr. Wheater is based in our Pasadena office.

Jennifer Harding is a recent graduate of the Fine Arts program at the University of California, Irvine. As a Graphics Technician, she is assisting the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Department with the production of project-level digital mapping and environmental analysis graphics. In addition to her project work, Jennifer has participated in developing the format and design for the inaugural BonTerra Consulting staff newsletter and has been instrumental in the updating and refinement of our company qualifications information. Ms. Harding is assigned to our Costa Mesa office.

Nicole Golden has been a marketing professional in the architectural, engineering, and construction marketplace for almost a decade. As BonTerra’s new Marketing Manager, Nicole will provide assistance with a variety of corporate marketing activities, including strategic planning, business development, and proposal preparation. She has been a member of many industry associations, including SMPS, CMAA, BDA-OC, and was the Scholarship Board Member for WTS-OC. Ms. Golden will be working closely with both of our Southern California offices and will be based in Costa Mesa.

Marc Blain has been in the biological resources field for over 11 years and joins BonTerra Consulting as a Biological Resources Manager. He has extensive experience in project management and will assist in performing coordination and permitting activities with regulatory agencies. His primary responsibilities involve managing all biological resources investigations and studies being conducted from our Pasadena office.
